这次推荐一个学生公寓,位于我的母校JHU的校外步行5分钟的一个29单元的一排小楼(共5个紧挨的房子)。租客基本都是JHU的学生,当然也可以租给非学生。出租基本没有问题,应该每年都会满租。

大部分单元(26)都已经翻新过了,所以需要做的工作比较小。

目前要价540万,有议价空间。

物业本身是老房子,所以难免会有较多的维修,所以建议要留足Reserve
