这次推荐一个学生公寓，位于我的母校JHU的校外步行5分钟的一个29单元的一排小楼（共5个紧挨的房子）。租客基本都是JHU的学生，当然也可以租给非学生。出租基本没有问题，应该每年都会满租。

大部分单元(26)都已经翻新过了，所以需要做的工作比较小。

目前要价540万，有议价空间。

物业本身是老房子，所以难免会有较多的维修，所以建议要留足Reserve
